The Caribbee Restaurant and Bar — The Cooper's are currently advertising for one or two versatile persons to lease the breakfast and dinner operation (two-year renewable term) and it is expected that our intimate restaurant will be open for the coming winter season. All meals will be optional, breakfast will be available from eight, and a small, select menu (predominantly fish) will be served from around seven.

Until the restaurant is fully operational, guests may choose to stay with us on a self-catering basis. Each room has a refrigerator, electric kettle, and a full mini-bar. The kitchen in the lodge is well equipped and may also be used, so that you can still enjoy the ambience of our intimate dining room, with its mahogany bar, excellent library, and the spectacular views across the Bay. As the sun sets and the moon appears the night becomes magic. The whisper of the trade-winds brush through hundreds of tropical trees ablaze with tiny fireflies.
